Bu araþtýrmanýn amacý, sýnýf öðretmeni adaylarýnýn yansýtýcý düþünme becerilerine iliþkin görüþlerini belirlemek ve cinsiyet, öðrenim türü, sýnýf düzeyi deðiþkenlerinin yansýtýcý düþünme becerileri üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymaktýr. Evrenin tamamýna ulaþmak mümkün olmadýðýndan sýnýf öðretmeni adaylarý oranlý küme örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilmiþtir. Araþtýrmanýn örneklemini 2011–2012 eðitim öðretim yýlýnda Pamukkale Üniversitesi Eðitim Fakültesi 3. ve 4. sýnýfta öðrenim gören 214 sýnýf öðretmeni adayý oluþturmaktadýr. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde `SPSS for Windows 16.0 (Statistical Packages for Social Sciences)` paket programý kullanýlmýþtýr. Çalýþmada, Güney (2008) tarafýndan geliþtirilen `Yansýtýcý düþünme ölçeði` kullanýlmýþtýr. Uygulama sonucunda elde edilen Cronbach`s alpha güvenirlik katsayýsý r=0,90 olarak bulunmuþtur. The aim of this study was to determine the pre-service primary education teachers` views about reflective thinking skills and to find out the effects of pre-service teachers` genders, education types and class levels on these reflective thinking skills. Due to the lack of reaching the whole population, the selection of the sample was done by rational sampling method. The sampling of this study was consisting of 214 pre-service teachers from 3rd and 4th grades at Education Faculty of Pamukkale University in the academic year of 2011–2012. For data analysis, `SPSS for Windows 16.0 (Statistical Packages for Social Sciences)` package program was used. In order to collect the data, the reflective thinking scale developed by Güney (2008) was used. The Cronbach`s alpha reliability coefficient was found as r=0,90.
