BİLGİSAYAR KULLANIMI ETİĞİ VE SAĞLIĞI EĞİTİMİNİN İLKÖĞRETİM ÖĞRENCİLERİNE DRAMA YÖNTEMİ İLE VERİLMESİ

Geleneksel eğitim sisteminin sunduğu pasif dinlemeye karşı oyun temelli öğrenme ortamı sunan drama yöntemi güçlü bir alternatiftir. Bu yöntemle, çocukların duyguları harekete geçirilir, çocuklar bedenen ve zihnen aktif olarak, kendi yaşantılarından yola çıkarak bilgileri özümserler ve düşüncelerini özgürce ifade ederler. Eğitimdeki etkileri göz önünde bulundurularak, drama yönteminin ilköğretim kademesinde verilen bilgisayar eğitimi derslerinde kullanılmasına yönelik bir çalışmanın verimli olacağı düşünülmektedir. Bilgisayar, bilinçli bir kullanım ile çocukların kişisel gelişim ile eğitimdeki başarılarına şüphesiz katkı sağlayacaktır. Fakat bilinçsiz bir kullanım onlara hem fiziksel hem de ruhsal olarak zarar verebilmektedir. Bu nedenle bilgisayar eğitiminde özellikle “etik” ve “sağlık” konularında hassasiyetle durulmalıdır. EDUCATING PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS ON COMPUTER USAGE ETHICS AND HEALTH BY THE DRAMA METHOD

Game-based drama which activates children’s emotions in contrast to traditional passive listening; which makes children physically and mentally active; which makes them synthesize their knowledge and declare their thoughts independently is an alternative powerful method. By keeping in mind the positive effects of drama method on education, it is thought that a study on the use of drama method for educating K12 children of computers might be effective. There is no doubt that, computers are beneficial for children’s success at their schools and their self-development. However, unconscious use of computers might be harmful to children both physically and psychologically. For this reason, the significant issues ‘ethics’ and ‘health’ regarding computer usage should be handled carefully at computer education. At this point, being far away from classical teaching methods, an atmosphere in which children will learn by doing and in which they will internalize knowledge is needed. This can be
