Egitim hizmetlerinin üretimi ve tüketimindeki hizli gelismeler toplumsal, kültürel, siyasî ve ekonomik alanlarda devrim niteliginde degisikliklere neden olmaktadir. Bu hizli dönüsüm egitimde de gelismeye yönelik ögrenme gereksinimini arttirmis olup egitimin her tür ve kademesinde gelisme gereksinimlerine neden olmustur. Bu arastirmada, Mersin Üniversitesi Egitim Fakültesi Ilkögretim Bölümünde okumakta olan 47 son sinif ögrencisinin Subat 2009’da okullarda ögretmenlik uygulamalari sürecinde ilkögretim denetçileri tarafindan verilen rehberlik uygulama etkinlikleri ile ilgili görüsleri bir durum çalismasi olarak incelenmistir. Çalismada, uygulama sirasinda ögretmen adaylarinin ilkögretim denetçileri tarafindan gerçeklestirilen ögretmenlere yönelik rehberlik ve gelistirme etkinliklerine iliskin görüslerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmistir. THE ASPECTS OF TEACHER CANDIDATES RELATING TO THE ELEMENTARY EDUCATION SUPERVISORS ACTIVITIES IN TEACHING PROCESS

The rapid developments in the production and consumption of educational services cause revolutionary-like changes in social, cultural, political and economical fields. This fast transformation enhanced learning necessity in all types and levels of education. In this research, it is aimed to portray and determine the opinions of the 47 teacher candidates in the education faculty of Mersin University relating to the counseling activities given by elementary education supervisors in the course of teaching applications in 2009, February. Descriptive research techniques is used in the study. A semi-structured interview form consisting three questions is used as a data collection tool.
