MATEMATİK DERSİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİNDE ÜRÜN DOSYASI KULLANILMASININ ÖĞRENCİLERİN ÖZ DÜZENLEME BECERİLERİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ

Çalışmada, ilköğretim 5.sınıf matematik dersinin değerlendirme sürecinde ürün dosyası kullanımının öğrencilerin öz düzenleme beceri üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Beşinci sınıf olan iki grup üzerinde yürütülen araştırmada, ön-test son-test kontrol gruplu deneme modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada Pintrich ve De Groot (1990) tarafından geliştirilen, Üredi (2005)’nin Türkçe’ye uyarladığı “Öğrenmeye İlişkin Motivasyonel Stratejiler Ölçeği”nin alt boyutu olan “öz düzenleme” ölçeği veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde bağımsız gruplarda t-testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları, matematik dersinin değerlendirme sürecinde ürün dosyası kullanımının öğrencilerin öz düzenleme becerileri üzerinde anlamlı düzeyde etki yaratmadığını ortaya çıkarmıştır.

THE EFFECTS OF PORTFOLIOS USED IN THE PROCESS OF ASSESSMENT OF MATHEMATICS LESSON ON STUDENTS’ SELF REGULATION SKILLS

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of using portfolios in fifth grade mathematics’ assessment on students’ self regulation. In the research, which was carried out in two separate groups, a pre-test post-test control group experimental design was used. As sources of data, “self regulation” scale was used. This scale is one of the subscales of “The Motivational Strategies for Learning Questionnaire”. Self regulation scale, developed by Pintrich and De Groot (1990), was adapted by Üredi (2005). The analysis technique of research was independent samples t-test. The result of the research indicates that use of portfolio assessment has no effect on students’ use of cognitive strategy.
