Bu araştırmanın amacı, Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Ahmet Keleşoğlu Eğitim Fakültesi Güzel sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü Müzik Eğitimi Ana Bilim Dalı 3.sınıf Koro dersinde takım çalışmasına dayalı öğrenmenin uygulandığı deney grubu ile geleneksel öğretim yöntemlerinin kullanıldığı kontrol grubu arasındaki akademik başarının anlamlı olup olmadığını belirlemektir. Araştırmada, Koro eğitiminde takım çalışmasına dayalı öğrenmenin önemini inceleyen ön test - son test kontrol gruplu model kullanılmıştır. Yansız atama ile iki grup oluşturulmuş bunlardan biri deney, öteki kontrol grubudur. Her iki grupta da deney öncesi ve sonrası ölçümler yapılmıştır. Deneyde yapılan uygulamalar sonrasında deney ve kontrol grubu canlı olarak izlenerek değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Değerlendirmeler sonucunda deney grubu öğrencilerin küçük gruplar hâlinde çalışarak ve birbirinin öğrenmesine yardım ederek öğrenmeyi gerçekleştirdikleri, yüz yüze etkileşim sağladıkları, grup üyelerinin birbirlerinin öğrenme sorumluluğunu taşıdıkları, grubun her üyesinin en iyi derecede öğrenebilmesi için üyeler arasında iyi çalışma ilişkisinin olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda takım çalışmasına dayalı öğrenmenin öğrencilerinin akademik başarılarına olumlu yönde etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Two groups were created with unassigned assignment, one of them being an experiment, the other being a control group. Measurements were made before and after the experiment in both groups. After the applications performed in the experiment, the experiment and control groups were observed and evaluated live. As a result of the evaluations, it was observed that the experimental group had a good working relationship between the members in order to make the students learn in small groups and help each other learn, face-to-face interaction, group member’s bear each other's learning responsibility and every member of the group can learn at the best level. As a result of the research, it has been determined that teamwork based learning has a positive effect on the academic achievement of the students.
