Synyf ö?retmeni adaylarynyn etkinlik temelli çevre e?itime yönelik dü?üncelerini ortaya koymak amacyyla gerçekle?tirilen bu çaly?mada nitel ara?tyrmalardan biri olan eylem ara?tyrmasy kullanylmy?tyr. 78 ö?retmen adayy ile gerçekle?tirilen çaly?ma için 7 haftalyk bir etkinlik programy hazyrlanmy?tyr. Bu program sonrasynda katylymcylaryn etkinlik temelli çevre e?itimine ve etkili bir çevre e?itimi dersinin özelliklerine yönelik görü?leri alynmy?tyr. Elde edilen veriler içeriz analiziyle çözümlenmi?tir. Saptanan en temel bulgu, ö?rencilerin önemli bir kysmynyn bu tarz bir çevre e?itime yönelik olumlu dü?ünceleridir. Olumsuz görü? belirten synyrly sayydaki katylymcynyn gerekçeleri ise bu etkinliklere aly?yk olmamalary, zaman alycy ve yorucu bulmalarydyr. This study aims to reveal the opinions of classroom teacher candidates about activity-based environmental education in which action research, one of the qualitative research methods, has been used. A seven week activity schedule has been prepared for the study conducted on 78 teacher candidates. After the schedule, the views of the participants have been received about activity-based environmental education and an effective environmetal education. The data gathered have been analyzed with content analysis. The main finding ascertained from the study is the positive thoughts of a significant proportion of students about this kind of environmental education. However, a limited number of participants stated negative opinions with the reason that they were not accustomed to these activities and they found these activites time-consuming and tiring.
