Bu çalışmanın amacı, eğitim sistemimizle yetiştirilmek istenen insan tipinin eğitilmesinde, eğitim denetimimizin ne kadar etkili olduğunu irdelemektir. Çalışmanın verileri, alanyazın taraması yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veriler, alanyazından, gazete ve internet kaynaklarından elde edilmiştir. Örnek olayların seçilmesinde amaçlı örneklem yöntemi tekniklerinden kritik durum örneklemesi kullanılmıştır. Veriler, içerik analizi tekniğiyle işlenmiştir. Bir toplumun sürekliliği eğitim sisteminin yetiştirdiği istenilen insan tipiyle mümkündür. Bu nedenle eğitim sistemiyle yetiştirilmek istenilen insan tipi üzerinde önemle durmak bir zorunluluktur. Eğitim sistemimiz de toplumsal sürekliliğimizi sağlamak için, Atatürk ilke ve devrimlerine bağlı, iyi yurttaş ve insan, milli kültür değerlerini benimsemiş ve kültürel kimlik sahibi, meslek sahibi, yapıcı, yaratıcı ve verimli insan tipi yetiştirmeyi hedeflemektedir. Ancak bulgular, günümüzde bu amaçların gerçekleşmediğini ve eğitim denetimimizin bu olgu karşısında etkisiz kaldığını göstermektedir.

The aim of this study is to clarify the effect of our educational inspection in training of the individual type which our education system aims to create. The data in the study was collected through branch–screening method by utilizing newspapers and internet sources and the qualitative research method was used. In the determination of sample cases, among the aimed sampling techniques, the sampling of critical case was utilized and the data detained was registered through content analyzing technique. The consistency of a society is only available through the individual type which its education system trains. For this reason, focusing on the ideal individual type of an education system seems to be a crucial point in the process. Our education system also aims to the train an individual type who remains loyal to Atatürk’s principles and revolutions as a good citizen and man, who has totally absorbed national and cultural values, who owns a mentality of cultural identity, who owns a profession, positive, creative and productive. However, the findings indicate that those aims are not realized today and educational inspection remains inefficient against this reality.
