GIDA SEKTÖRÜ ÇALIŞANLARINDA VE KLİNİK YAKINMASI OLAN HASTALARDA SALMONELLA SEROTİPLERİNİN DAĞILIMI

Bu çalışmada klinik yakınması olan 2680 kişi ve gıda sektöründe çalışan 3000 kişi olmak üzere toplam 5680 kişiye ait gaita örneği incelenmiştir. İncelenen 5680 örneğin 87’sinde Salmonella spp. izole edilmiştir. İzole edilen serotipler görülme sıklıklarına göre Salmonella serovar thyphimurium (B grubu, 47), Salmonella serovar os (D grubu, 20), Salmonella serovar tarshyne (D grubu, 5), Salmonella serovar oritamerin (C grubu, 4), Salmonella serovar paratyphi B (B grubu, 4), Salmonella serovar infantis (C grubu, 2), Salmonella serovar thompson (C grubu, 2), Salmonella serovar sanjuan (C grubu, 2), Salmonella serovar jamaica (D grubu, 1) olarak dağılım göstermiştir.

DISTRIBUTION OF SALMONELLA SEROTYPES IN CLINICAL PATIENTS WITH COMPLAINTS AND FOOD SECTOR WORKERS

In present study, 5680 stool samples that belong to 3000 people working in the food industry and 2680 people having clinical signs were examined. 87 Salmonella spp. were isolated from examined 5680 samples. Isolated serotypes showed distribution as Salmonella serovar thyphimurium (B group, 47), Salmonella serovar os (D group, 20), Salmonella serovar tarshyne (D group, 5), Salmonella serovar oritamerin (C group, 4), Salmonella serovar paratyphi B (B group, 4), Salmonella serovar infantis (C group, 2), Salmonella serovar thompson (C group, 2), Salmonella serovar sanjuan (C group, 2), Salmonella serovar jamaica (D group, 1).
